I have basically stopped blogging about this, but the truth is that it’s still going fairly well.
I work out 3-4 times a week with the boy or my girl Rachelle or by myself, and I haven’t lost a pound, but I can feel and see the muscle. It’s just sort of become a nice routine now, something I look forward to after work.
As far as diet, Aaron and I are not consuming any alcohol or eating any sweets for the month of June (good luck to me). And he’s helping me organize my exercises and move toward my goal.
Anyhow, it’s going to be risky posting this picture, but I figure nobody reads my blog anyway, so here goes… (I’m in a fitting room at Target and I blocked out my face so that creepers dont use my photo to sell stuff on the interweb)

Setbacks: Eating at the taco truck virtually every day for the past two weeks (which is arguably not THAT bad, not to mention DELICIOUS); eating 4 carrot cupcakes in one sitting
Progressions: Slightly more stable workout schedule with Rachelle; joint workout with new male friend who showed me how to properly use the weight machines (badass triceps, here i come!); consistent swimming (and the creepy men in the hot tub don’t mess with me now because they know i’m all business in the pool); nice long walk exploring my neighborhood
So it seems like exercising is going well, but my diet is crazy… Oh well!
(No, I should figure something out for that…)
Anyway, a picture – as promised – taken by Rachelle on my primitive cell phone camera. She refused to be in the photo with me. This was after 45 minutes on one of those ellypticals-on-steroids and a walk in the San Mateo park. <3 Rachelle

125-115 Project: January 27, 2010
Short story: Going well.
Long story: Joined 24 Hr Fitness and have been going at least 2-3 times a week. An aqua class with Rachelle – we were much too young for that class – and dragging An’s ass out a couple times too. Minor setback where I had McDonald’s 3 days in a row… But I feel great! Have gotten my stroke back in the pool, and hopefully the eating schedule/regime will calm down soon.
Check the scale while at the gym with Rachelle and I actually went up to 127. Haha, not worried.
But again, feeling good and doing well!
No picture this week – next time will have a picture with an activity!
